RVGL IS ECO FRIENDLY.
LET'S CHANGE THE 'RULES OF THE GAME' TOGETHER

All energy, mobility, transport, catering, materials, accommodation and waste consumption of the event will be monitored, recorded and translated into Co2eq emissions.

The energy used for the event comes from 100% renewable sources.

We adopt a plastic-free policy, preferring consumables with a lower environmental impact. To further reduce emissions, almost exclusively rented furniture is used and local suppliers from Rome and Lazio are chosen.

RVGL22 limits paper advertising as much as possible and uses recycled paper.

The catering menu is predominantly vegetarian, with washable or fully compostable service, and surplus food is recovered and donated to non-profit organisations.

At the end of the event, residual emissions, i.e. those that could not be avoided, will be compensated through certified environmental protection projects.

The public will find smart waste bins, which are able to recognise the waste inside them and record waste disposal errors. This is thanks to NANDO, a sensor that also takes photos inside the litter bins to constantly monitor them. Thanks to artificial intelligence, Nando is able to work out whether the waste in the bin is correct and produce reports on the quantity and quality of the waste produced.

But to really change the 'rules of the game' requires above all the commitment of our public. Here are some simple rules:

  • To come to the Festival, use the metro, which also provides a discount on the entrance fee
  • Bring a water bottle that can be filled on site
  • Pay attention to waste separation

Thank you!

"Peter Pan is founded on the promise to never leave alone the families who come from Italy and the rest of the world to Rome to treat their children who have cancer. Our welcoming model intends to fight the tendency towards isolation, favoring sharing, socialization and mutual support between families "

At the festival you will find information on how to become friends with Peter Pan and to help support its commitment towards children
